 Liverpool's soul-searching push for Mbappe

Signing Kylian Mbappe could solve all sorts of problems for any football club. Liverpool are one of those teams out to improve their image.

After a tough season on the pitch and the unrest of joining the failed European Super League, owner John W. Henry is keen to make amends in the transfer market.

According to the Mirror, the American owner is prepared to go all out to bring Mbappe to Anfield this summer.

The Frenchman's contract at Paris Saint-Germain has just one more year left to run, making him an attractive prospect for any club this coming window.

Real Madrid are one of those teams that have been linked with the forward, though Florentino Perez has admitted the Spanish giants can't afford a transfer like that now, especially after the collapse of the Super League.

That leaves the Premier League heavyweights, including Liverpool, as frontrunners to secure Mbappe's signature.
