LaLiga president Javier Tebas has demanded they were prepared to enlist previous Barcelona star Lionel Messi.
La Vanguardia reports the inability to re-sign Messi was to some extent because of the club's refusal to acknowledge LaLiga's concurrence with CVC Capital, which Tebas at first introduced to Barca president Joan Laporta over supper on July 14.
