Manchester City are winning the race for Atletico Mineiro winger Savio.
The teen was also interesting Arsenal and RB Leipzig, however City are on the brink of clinching Savio's signing.
Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports City have agreed with Atlético Mineiro a fee of €6.5m plus bonuses. The documents will be signed shortly.
Sávio is expected to join the English giants when the transfer window opens in July.
The 17 year-old has made 23 first team appearances for Atletico Mineiro.
