Joao Santos, Jorginho's agent, recently revealed that the player's priority is to extend his stay at Chelsea.
Santos had previously suggested Jorginho could return to Italy, but he appears to have changed his tune.
The agent said: "Chelsea are our priority and if Jorginho's contract expires in 2023, I think we will start talking to the club from September."
Jorginho scored nine goals and four goals in 47 appearances for Chelsea in all competitions last season.
