Erik ten Hag is prepared to resign as Manchester United manager.
Ten Hag is under pressure to keep his job at United, despite guiding the club to the FA Cup final.
But the Daily Mail says Ten Hag could decide to walk rather than wait to be pushed.
With former club Ajax waiting for him with open arms, it's suggested Ten Hag may "choose to walk" if he discovers he has limited control over ongoings in the club's new structure.
However, Ten Hag did say last week: "I signed my contract and I am not a person who walks away.
"So I assume that I will be at Manchester United next season."
